We all know there's nothing to match that fresh-from-the-farm goodness of locally grown produce. Whether you're preparing a dish or an entire feast, you can get great ideas and fresh local ingredients all year long at the University District Farmers Market. As the harvest varies, so does the Farmers Market - but you're sure to find something special, fresh, and local every week.

Directions from Mrs. Cook's:
Exit University Village by the exit next to QFC or the exit next to Key Bank. Turn right out of either exit, stay in the right hand lane, and take the overpass up the hill. You are now on NE 45th Street. Turn right on University Way NE (The Ave). The Farmers Market will be on your left on the north side of NE 50th Street.

Directions to Mrs. Cook's:
From the Farmers Market, go south on University Way NE (The Ave) to NE 45th Street. Turn left on NE 45th and continue past the University and down the overpass. Stay in the left hand lane and take the first left after the overpass into University Village at the QFC sign. Mrs. Cook's is in the main section of University Village, across from Barnes and Noble.
