Return & Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will be happy to replace it, exchange it or refund your money. Refunds given with receipt, store credit or exchange without receipt. Check mailed for purchases in excess of $25 paid for by check. Exchange or store credit with gift receipt. Sorry, no returns on consumables (food).

All of our items are packed with care to insure that they will arrive undamaged. If you receive damaged merchandise, please save the entire damaged goods, carton and packaging material.  Call our store 206-525-5008 and we will arrange to have the item returned to us. At that time we will arrange to ship out a replacement as soon as possible.

We make every effort to ship your order promptly. Most purchases are shipped via UPS ground to arrive in 7-10 business days for in stock items. In the event of a delay we will notify you by phone or email. All shipping fees are calculated based on merchandise total. Additional fees may apply.
