I love my Lodge cast-iron cookware, it’s easy to clean, cooks beautifully and with multiple cooks in the household I don’t have to worry about its care. It’s almost indestructible!
The enamel interior over a cast iron base makes Le Creuset superior cookware. Meat can be braised/browned on the stove top, then finished off to perfection in the oven, and brought right to the table. The clean up is amazing--very easy, no matter what is cooked in the pan. My personal favorite is the buffet pan.

When I moved from upstate New York to Seattle, I couldn’t find any pizza that I liked, so I started making my own. The first few had really soggy crusts and then I went to Mrs. Cook’s and they told me about using a pizza stone. It’s just like having your own pizza oven. Now my pizzas are just like, no actually better than, Napoli’s back home.
I love my Gourmet Standard cake pan. I have a favorite cake recipe that doesn't always come out cleanly, but no problem with this pan. The cake cooked evenly and beautifully. It cleans in the dishwasher, and I look forward to using it again and again.

Thought I'd say how much I love the Doughmakers cookie sheet......it's awesome. It bakes everything even and things release from it nicely. So far I've made cookies and pizza using it. I also love that nothing sticks to it so that makes it a breeze to clean.

I love these knives! I use them almost everyday for everything from slicing a bagel to cutting up a tomato for a salad. They've stayed sharp for so long. I even have them hanging with the rest of my knives, so I can grab them easily.

I absolutely love my Viking 6" chef's knife. There is something about its balance and the way that its handle is a little narrower than other knives that seems to fit perfectly into my smaller hand. And its shorter blade is really easy to handle. Even though I maintain it the same way as I do my other cutlery it seems to stay sharper longer. It is always the knife I reach for first.

I like tools that can perform more than one function, which is why my favorite kitchen gadget is the Microplane grater, it does a great job on parmesan cheese, zesting lemons and oranges, grating nutmeg and chocolate and it’s the best thing for doing fresh ginger.
