Precision-cast aluminum pans combining comfortable weight with high performance cooking. One-piece-casting with extra heavy bases and elegantly tapered sides in a lighter gauge. Flat bases provide optimal burner contact.
The Ceramica-ART® nonstick surface is made from pulverized and refined sand and ceramic which is applied to the pans at high temperature to form a glass-like surface. The nonstick contains no PTFE, PFOA or petroleum components. Ceramica-ART® offers outstanding food release and durability and is highly heat tolerant and safe for food storage.
